An unused product in its original condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of delivery, with its packaging, labels and proof of purchase preserved.
Return conditions:

- The product must show no signs of use, damage or washing
- Keep the packaging, labels, seals and proof of purchase
- Products included in the statutory non-returnable list cannot be returned when they are of proper quality
Return shipping cost
The buyer pays return shipping for a proper-quality product. The seller covers it for a confirmed manufacturing defect.
